Aldi Friendly Meal Plan – Week of June 28th

This meal plan feeds our family of 4 for a week with items we purchased at Aldi. Our family consists of my husband, our 17 year old and 12 year old boys, and I.

Breakfast Options

  • Eggs
  • Toast
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Cereal
  • Oatmeal
  • Freezer Waffles
  • served with a fruit option: smoothies, berries, bananas, citrus

Lunch Options

  • Paninis – with ham or turkey and cheese slices on sourdough bread
  • 3 layer bean dip – refried beans, salsa, and guacamole served with tortilla chips
  • Hot Pockets
  • Quesadillas
  • Grilled cheese sandwiches
  • Leftovers
  • served with a fruit option: apples, bananas, berries, cantaloupe and a veggie option: baby carrots, sugar peas, bell peppers, grape tomatoes and cucumber slices

Dinners for the Week

  • Teriyaki Chicken Wings, Watermelon and Veggie Tray
  • Shrimp Egg Roll Bowl and fresh fruit
  • Bean/taco meat/cheese tostada bar served with guacamole, salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream with Mexican rice and fresh fruit sides
  • Grilled Gouda Chicken Club Sandwiches on brioche buns, Kettle chips, pickles, and fresh fruit
  • Old-Fashioned Turkey Mini Meatloaves (using this recipe) with baked potatoes and sautéed green bean medley
  • Juiciest hamburgers (made with grass fed beef) on brioche buns, Deli-Style Macaroni Salad, fresh fruit and pickles
  • 4th of July BBQ with family – We are bringing Garden Veggie Pizza Squares and Marie’s Cheap and Easy Fruit Salad
