- Shrimp Egg Roll Bowl and fresh fruit
- Bean/taco meat/cheese tostada bar served with guacamole, salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream with Mexican rice and fresh fruit sides
- Grilled Gouda Chicken Club Sandwiches on brioche buns, Kettle chips, pickles, and fresh fruit
- Old-Fashioned Turkey Mini Meatloaves (using this recipe) with baked potatoes and sautéed green bean medley
- Juiciest hamburgers (made with grass fed beef) on brioche buns, Deli-Style Macaroni Salad, fresh fruit and pickles
- 4th of July BBQ with family – We are bringing Garden Veggie Pizza Squares and Marie’s Cheap and Easy Fruit Salad
